Mr. Solomon graduated the University of Miami, after serving as the Vice President of Student Government. He subsequently graduated the University of Miami Law School in 1970 cum laude. He was selected as member of the editorial staff of the Law Review, also graduating with General Honors. He has served in court as an expert witness and has been appointed by Courts; as Ombudsman, Court appointed counsel, guardian and attorney at litem. He is admitted to and has practiced in U.S. District and several U.S. Courts of Appeal, and has argued cases submitted to the U.S. Supreme Court. Se Habla Espanol
